Tourist Guide Fees 2018
A tour is considered contracted after your reconfirmation of our offer.
Half day tour: up to 3 hours within Vienna, up to 4 hours outside Vienna (including a maximum of 2 hours´ walking).
Full day tour: double fees (also if a morning tour ends after 1:30 p.m.)
Price of the bus and admission fees are not included. Should you require an offer for bus charter, minibus or limousine service the guides will be glad to assist you. This applies to Segways as well.
For all walking tours we recommend a maximum number of participants of 25 persons (exceptions please see at the individual tours) and the duration of 2 hours. If the group size exceeds more than 25 persons a Quiet Vox System can be used (additional costs).
Price per half day tour:
1 – 25 persons Euro 188,00 incl. 20 % VAT (Euro 156,67 net)
26 – 35 persons Euro 205,00 incl. 20 % VAT (Euro 170,83 net)
36 – 50 persons Euro 220,00 incl. 20 % VAT (Euro 183,33 net)
Overtime per hour (even if only initiated)
Euro 64,- incl. 20 % VAT (Euro 53,33 net), 1-25 persons
Euro 67,- incl. 20 % VAT (Euro 55,83 net), 26-35 persons
Euro 73,- incl. 20 % VAT (Euro 60,83 net), 36-50 persons
For multilingual tours we will be glad to submit an offer upon request.
Prices do not apply to specialist services rendered by the tourist guide such as interpretation/translation, visit to temporary exhibitions, or lectures.
In case of delay of the customer the guide is obliged to wait for the customer for 15 minutes at the arranged meeting point. The customer on his part is obliged to wait for the guide for 15 minutes. Waiting time on behalf of the customer will affect the duration of the tour accordingly.
If for any unforeseen or unavoidable reason the guide is not available, he/she is obliged to organize another qualified, licensed Vienna Guide in his/her place.
Payment: Cash directly at the meeting point or after the tour. Other terms, e.g. cash in advance, can be arranged directly with the Vienna guide.
Conditions of cancellation: Up to 14 days prior to tour: free of charge; between 14 and 3 days prior to tour: 50% of agreed price; thereafter 100% of agreed price.
